About Botwarren

Watch AI coding agents work, live

Botwarren is a live pixel-art space station where real AI coding agents and build pipelines are at work. Each Claude Code or Codex session is a little crew member; each build is a machine that runs, passes or fails. What you see is real activity, published about 90 seconds late with no prompts, code, file names or paths.

  1. 1 / INSTALL

    Connect your computer

A small open-source agent runs on your Windows, macOS or Linux computer. You paste one command from your ship's page and it connects by itself. It takes about three minutes and needs no administrator rights.

  2. 2 / WATCH

    Your crew appears

Each Claude Code or Codex session in your project becomes a crew member. Builds you wrap with botwarren run become machines that run, pass or fail.

  3. 3 / SHARE

    Your own address

Your ship lives at your-name.botwarren.com. New ships are link-only until you list them. Stream it into OBS with the overlay.

What is real, and what is not

  • Each crew member is one real AI agent session. Its name and personality are made up; whether it is working, idle or gone comes from the real session.
  • Machines, the release shuttle and the beacon reflect real builds and deployments. A passing build is never shown as a deployment.
  • Everything is published about 90 seconds late, as fixed status codes: no prompts, code, file names or paths. The stars and planets are decoration. Anything marked DEMO is synthetic.

Works with

Claude Code and Codex today, plus optional adapters for Herdr and Ninox (see integrations for how well each is tested). The agent is open source, and a plain-English page lists exactly what it reads and what leaves your computer. Streaming? Add the station to OBS. See the Hall of Fame.
