Botwarren / Press and launch

Botwarren press and launch kit

A live pixel-art space station where your Claude Code and Codex agents and builds are the crew. Real activity, shown about 90 seconds late, with no prompt, code or file name ever leaving your computer.

The Botwarren demo ship with a failed build
A build fails on the demo ship and the crew react.
The demo ship after the build was fixed
The agent fixes it and the pipeline passes. A passing build is never shown as a deploy.
The demo story: a build fails, the agent fixes it
The demo story in 14 seconds (animated). Demo ship, synthetic activity.
The Botwarren demo ship on a phone
The same station on a phone.

Every screen here is the labelled demo ship, so nothing shown is anyone's real activity. The live fleet is at Browse ships.

The privacy story in three points

  1. 1 / NOTHING TEXTUAL

    Fixed status codes

Only enums and numbers leave your computer: working or idle, the kind of step, a build result. There is no free-text field for a prompt, a path or code to travel in.

  2. 2 / ABOUT 90 SECONDS

    Held back first

Events wait about 90 seconds before they are published. It is an extra safeguard on top of removing details first, not instead of it.

  3. 3 / YOURS

    Open and pausable

The agent is open source (Apache-2.0), talks only to your ship's own address, and one command pauses it. Exactly what it reads and sends.

Questions

What is it in one line?

A live pixel-art space station where your Claude Code and Codex agents and your builds are the crew, shown about 90 seconds late and with no prompts, code or file names.

Is what I see real?

On a ship, yes: each crew member is a real session and each machine a real build. The demo at /try is made up and says so everywhere. A passing build is never shown as a deploy.

What leaves my computer?

Fixed status codes and numbers only: working or idle, the kind of step, a build result. There is no free-text field, so a prompt, a path or code has nowhere to go. The trust page lists every field.

Does it cost anything?

Creating a ship is free today. Open sign-ups have a launch cap; people with a friend's invite link can still join.

Is it open source?

The ship agent that runs on your computer is open source under Apache-2.0, so you can read exactly what it does. The website and server are not published.

Which tools work?

Claude Code and Codex are verified with real session files. Herdr and Ninox have fixture-tested adapters. The integrations page says how well each one is tested.
